A Game Server Control Panel Built for Serious Server Owners
Most game server hosts give you a lightly reskinned Pterodactyl installation and call it done. Zeros Host ships a purpose-built panel that replaces your FTP client, your local code editor, and your manual addon pipeline. Everything you need to run, edit, and protect your server is in one browser tab.
Browser IDE
Edit server files directly in your browser using a Monaco-based editor, the same engine that powers VS Code. Syntax highlighting, multi-tab support, and a wired-in console below the editor mean you can write, save, and watch the result without leaving the page.
Mod Manager
Install addons from GitHub or Modrinth with a single click. No FTP credentials, no manual file extraction, no restarting the server between installs. The Mod Manager handles dependency resolution and places files in the correct directories automatically.
Backdoor Scanner
An AST-aware Lua scanner that checks your addon files against known backdoor patterns: RunString and loadstring execution, http.Fetch fetch-and-run chains, obfuscation, and known malicious domains. It flags the exact file and line number so you can act immediately.
Backup Manager
Backups are compressed as .tar.zst archives, keeping storage usage low without sacrificing restore speed. Schedule automatic backups at any interval or trigger one manually before a major change. Restoring a backup takes a single click.
Console Terminal
A live terminal in your browser for command input and log output. No SSH client required. The console streams output in real time and accepts commands directly, so you can run server commands, check logs, and diagnose issues from any device with a browser.
File Manager
Browse, upload, rename, move, and delete server files without FTP. The file manager supports bulk operations and drag-and-drop uploads. For text files, clicking opens the Browser IDE directly.
Crash Auto-restart
If your server process exits unexpectedly, the watchdog detects it and restarts automatically. You receive a Discord alert when a crash occurs, with a timestamp and the last lines of the crash log attached.
Metrics and Vitals
A real-time dashboard showing CPU usage, RAM consumption, and player count over time. Useful for spotting memory leaks, addon-induced lag spikes, or gradual resource creep before they become player-facing problems.

Is this a standard Pterodactyl panel?
No. The Zeros Host panel shares some structural concepts with Pterodactyl but is a custom build. The Browser IDE, Mod Manager, Backdoor Scanner, and backup compression are all features developed specifically for this panel and are not part of standard Pterodactyl.
Can I use the Browser IDE for any game?
The Browser IDE is available across all supported games: Garry's Mod, Minecraft, Rust, Terraria, Project Zomboid, and Discord bot hosting. It works with any text-based config file, Lua script, plugin file, or bot source code your server uses.
Do I need FTP to manage files?
No. The built-in file manager and Browser IDE handle all file operations from the panel. You can upload, edit, move, rename, and delete files entirely from your browser. SFTP access is available as an alternative if you prefer it, but it is not required.
What does the Backdoor Scanner check for?
The scanner uses AST-aware analysis to detect known malicious patterns in Lua files. It looks for RunString and loadstring code execution, http.Fetch fetch-and-run chains, obfuscation techniques, and callouts to known malicious domains. When it finds a match, it reports the exact file path and line number.
Is the panel mobile-friendly?
The panel is usable on mobile browsers for tasks like checking the console, restarting the server, or reviewing metrics. The Browser IDE and file manager are designed for desktop use and work best on a screen with a keyboard.
